Boyoung has a PHD in Instructional Technology from the University of Georgia and works in the eLearning office of the Washington State Board, Community & Technical Colleges. She teaches Intro and Intermediate ANGEL for instructors, How to Teach Online, and regularly participates in conferences and onsite training events.
